Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake Recipe
This simple recipe includes bananas with peanut butter.
Ingredients:
1 Frozen banana cut into chunks
1 1/2 tbsp of peanut butter
1 cup of milk, soy milk or almond milk
2 scoops of Visalus Vi-Shape Shake Mix
Directions:
Blend the frozen banana with milk until bananas are well blended. Next add 2 scoops of Visalus Vi-Shape Shake Mix and the peanut butter. Add them to the blender and blend till smooth.

1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon peanut butter

- 2 scoops of Visalus Vi-Shape Shake Mix
Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Shake
Ingredients
- 1cup milk, almond milk or soy milk
- 2 scoops Vi-Shape Shake Mix
- 2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- 1 Frozen banana chunks
- 4 cubes ice

Peanut Butter and Jelly Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons blackberry jelly
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 bananas, frozen and chunked
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons wheat germ

- Yield 2 8 -10 oz servings
