Banana Cream Protein Shake Recipe
2 Scoops Vi Shape Shake Mix
1 packet Banana Energy Charge Health Flavor Mix In
1/2 – 1 C Low Fat Yogurt (Vanilla, Plain, Flavored)
I Prefer Greek Yogurt, less sugar, great for belly fat
1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
8 oz cold water
4 ice cubes, crushed

Blend to desired consistency

Cafe Latte Protein Shake Recipe
2 Scoops Vi Shape Shake Mix
1/2 – 1 tsp. instant coffee or 8-10 oz of cold coffee
(skip next step if opting for cold coffee)
8-10 oz non fat milk, soy, rice or almond milk
4-6 ice cubes, crushed

Blend to desired consistency

1 packet chocolate cardia care health flavor mix in
1/2 – 1 tsp. instant coffee or 8-10 oz of cold coffee

3 tbsp ice tea mix (powder)
Cinnamon to taste
Dash of ginger, clove, and black pepper
8-10 oz non fat milk, soy, rice or almond milk
4-6 ice bubes, crushed
Blend to desired consistency
Frozen Chocolate Banana  Protein Shake Recipe

2 scoops Vi Shape Shake Mix
1 packet Banana Energy Charge Health Flavor Mix in
1 packet chocolate cardia care health flavor mix in
8-10 oz non fat milk, soy, rice or almond milk
4-6 ice bubes, crushed

  1. Instead of using the flavor packets, I use about a teaspoon or so of fat free/sugar free Jell-O pudding mix. It’s almost no calories, one box about 69 cents or so) lasts for quite awhile and it makes a great flavor additive!

  2. The banana cream pudding mix is my favorite!

  3. I use fruit in the morning with my shakes before I go and workout. After my workout when drinking my recovery shake I use flavor packets, shake mix, pudding and ice. Either way they are so delicious and filling! Has helped me not only loose weight but also keeps me off of pill medications!
